    Can a U.S. citizen, temporarily living in Mexico, sell a home in which he and wife lived and owned in in the US by signing a POA to another individual or without signing an apostille in the country he is currently living?
    Owner born in US owned home 5 years only in his nae. Now married, living in Mexico, selling US house. Does he have to have an Apostille to sell his U.S. house? Why?
