COVID-19: we care!
Dear customers,
Providing certified translation services, assisting with legalization, authentication and Apostille of the documents you intend to use in foreign countries is an essential part of our community, and we want to assure you that our office remains open and will continue to provide services at this time.
We also want to work with you to limit direct contact in order to focus on safety for everyone during this pandemic. Accordingly, we ask that you follow the steps below for the safety of all:
– If you are in need of the document translation, please email us a picture or scan of the document simply using your cell phone camera or CamScan
– Call us at 718-676-4537 to verify if your email is received
– After receipt of your call or email, we will check your inquiry and provide you with the quote and estimated turnaround time by calling you back or sending you an email
– If you believe you need to be inside our office, please discuss that request in advance with our Project Manager who will be always in touch by phone and email
– If you are at the office to pick up your translation or Apostille, please remain in your car or outside the office and call the front desk. We will deliver your order to your car as quickly as possible.
– If you are not feeling well or may be at risk of exposure to the coronavirus, please ask a healthy friend or family member to transport your pet to the hospital on your behalf.
– Notary’s services are suspended until the further notice
We will do our best to coordinate your visit from outside the office, including providing follow-up instructions, taking translations orders and payments.
At the Apoling Solutions, we adopted various means to keep helping you and caring for your needs without a trip or call to the office
- Text Messaging: You can send and receive texts and photos with us at 1-513-295-8093. Texting is only available during operating hours and response times vary, but we will do our best to respond quickly.
- Apoling Solutions’ Live Chat: all existing and new customers can chat with a Project Manager anytime, day or night, via our Live Chat service on the www.apoling.com.
- Home Postal Delivery: completed translations and apostilled documents will be shipped to you by Regular USPS Mail for no charge; Priority, Overnight, FedEx or DHL within the USA and overseas – for additional charge.
Our goal is to keep our essential services available to the communities we serve and be there for you and serve your needs as long as we can.
