Our Story
Founded by Nataliia Gorlenko, an alumni of Jagiellonian University, one of the oldest European institutions of higher learning, in Cracow, Poland, Apoling assists customers in their professional document preparation and certified translation needs. Born in the Ukraine, but studying Political Sciences and International Relations abroad, and specializing in American and European Studies, Nataliia is an expert in International and American Notarial Law. She saw unmet needs and decided to create an agency which would address the demands of U.S. citizens and immigrants looking for trustworthy specialists, who understand the complexity of the document legalization procedure and qualified translators, able to provide precise and reliable translations.
Our certified translations are guaranteed to be accepted by government, legal and financial institutions, the USCIS, educational institutions in the U.S. and overseas, medical facilities, etc., because, being a Corporate Member of the American Translators Association (ATA), we are committed to meeting and exceeding its high standards.
Apostille and Mobile Notary Public services are additional areas of our expertise. Apoling Solutions provides Apostille and Authentication (Legalization) services to U.S. citizens, foreign nationals, immigrants and legal entities on all documents that may be used abroad.
